The G325 T4F mobile generator is a dynamic, durable machine that can handle any terrain and meet nearly every electrical requirement. Rugged running gear and a tested, hardened enclosure prevent the harshest of elements from effecting jobsite performance. The G325 generator features a 25-hour onboard fuel tank, assuring this generator is in it for the long-run. Versatility is yet another strength of the G325, having the ability to change from 50 Hz to 60 Hz.
- Connection panels are now more accessible for improved safety and convenience. These panels have been expanded with more power wiring connections available, an optional camlock panel to further expand connection versatility, an array of twist-lock and GFCI receptacles and a terminal board that accepts bare wire or lugged cables.
- The G325 is powered by a fuel efficient Tier 4F-compliant Cummins QSL9 engine with improved fuel economy, able to power the G325 for 25-hours straight at 100% load. In addition to this improved T4F engine, the G325 is equipped with a Leroy-Somer alternator with AREP excitation, protecting against overload and short-circuits while offering voltage stability and greater motor starting capability. Doosan Portable Power continues its industry leading serviceability with 500-hour service intervals.
- The G325 features an improved analog control panel that has been enhanced with large, brightly lit meters for quick monitoring. This operator-preferred control panel displays onboard engine diagnostics and includes all the necessary controls and indicators required to operate and maintain the after treatment regeneration system. A run/idle switch on the control unit ensures reduced engine wear during startup in extreme cold temperatures. Dual frequency capability is now standard throughout the Tier 4 portfolio, further expanding the already versatile machines to power 50 Hz applications with the simple flip of a switch. An additional standard feature is the Voltage Selector Switch, providing quick and easy voltage configuration. The Voltage Selector Switch is a signature Doosan Portable Power protection feature that prevents the operator from switching voltage during operation- a common cause of downtime and expensive repairs.
- Doosan Portable Power delivers the coolest and quietest mid-range T4F package on the market. At 100% load, the G325 Tier-4F generator delivers 326 kVA (261 kW0 at 71 dB(A), even with an optional variable speed fan. A Dual-Frequency switch is a standard feature that allows increased versatility on the worksite. This Dual-Frequency switch enables the generator to change from 50 Hz to 60Hz, further expanding application and function. Doosan Portable Power also offers the G325 with a Tundra Package, enabling enhanced performance in the most extreme temperatures. This package ensures reliable startup in temperatures as low as -40˚F/˚C and includes a coolant heater, oil pan heather, battery charger, battery heater pad, and heated breather hose.
